would i be able to place my membership on hold?
Yes, you are able to place your membership on hold on a month-to-month basis. Please contact club staff for additional information.
do i have to sign a contract?
No, we do not require members to sign a lengthy contract, as everything is paid on a month-to-month basis. We do require a monthly membership agreement upon date of signing.
what are your guest policies?
Members are given 3 guest passes per guest upon date of signing. We ask that guests are only brought inside the club within our staffed hours, as they are required to fill out a waiver form and present proper photo ID.
what is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your membership, we ask that you do so at least five 30 days prior to your bill date. If your last month was paid for at signing you will have an additional 30 days to continue to use the club.
can i purchase access to specific amenities only?
Yes, our Fit3D Body Scanning services are available for purchase to anyone, regardless if you are a member of the club or not.
do you offer a trial membership?
Yes, we offer a 3-day trial membership for those who wish to try the club out prior to purchasing. This club access is limited to staffed hours only.
are there any annual maintenance fees?
No, we do not require any annual maintenance fees. Your only fee will be your monthly membership payment, and any additional services should you wish to acquire them.
